Joyflex 2% is a high-dose (20 mg/ml) hyaluronic acid solution for intra-articular injection, with a well-established clinical profile and comprehensive technical documentation. It follows the same treatment regimen as conventional viscosupplementation, but with a higher concentration and viscosity.
Indicated for gonarthrosis and arthritic conditions in the symptomatic phase, where the practitioner is looking for a higher dosage while maintaining the well-known three-injection protocol.
- Molecular weight 1.2–1.5 million daltons, as in the 1,6% formulation.
- High viscosity (150,000–290,000 cP): greater in-situ persistence.
- Dosage: 3 injections, 1 every 15 days, protection lasting 6–12 months.
