Description
Controcyst is a sterile intravesical solution based on chondroitin sulfate, thyssotropic polymer and purified colostrum. Controcyst acts by temporarily restoring the glycosaminoglycan (GAG-layer) layer of the bladder by covering the surface of the urethra with a protective layer of chondroitin sulphate, which promotes the restoration of the natural waterproof barrier function. Controcyst favors the contrast of painful symptoms and contributes to reducing the frequency and urgency of urination.
Indications
Controcyst is useful for donating relief from painful symptoms associated with chronic inflammation of the urethra. Controcyst is indicated in case of bladder and pelvic pain syndrome, also induced by radio or chemotherapy treatments.
